                                                       Chicken in White Gravy   






       Ingredients:-
                        1) Chicken (800 grms) boneless

                        2) two medium size onion (boiled)

                        3) 1 inch of Ginger

                        4) 3-4 cloves of Garlic
                       
                        5) Curd (200gms)
                       
                        6) corriander powder
                       
                        7) red chilli powder
                     
                        8) Garam Masala

                        9) refined oil ( for cooking)

                        10) Cashewnut paste ( approx 50 gm of cashew)

                        11) salt, Sugar ( to taste)
                       
                        12) coriander leaves ( for garnisg)

                        13) whole cinnamon stick (2pcs)



       Method:-
                 1) Wash & clean Chicken, cut into medium size.
                 
                 2) Marinate Chicken with Curd, salt & little bit of Garam Masala powder leave it for 30 mins
               
                 3) Make a paste of Cashewnuts, & separately make paste of onion ,ginger garlic.

                 4) Heat oil in a Kadai/ thick bottom pan add cinnamon sticks.
           
                 5) Add the onion paste & fry it till it leaves the oil.

                 6) now add Cashewnut paste fry for another 2-3 mins.

                 7) Add red chilli powder , coriander powder, sugar, salt to the pan, cook till its well mixed

                 8) Add marinated chiken to the pan, mix it well. slow the gas oven let it dry all the water cover

                 9) When see oil leaves the gravy mix, add little more water let it cook until chicken is tender
                 
                 10) Sprinkle garam masala powder before taking it off from oven

                 11) Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot with rice or bread
